1. Privacy Policy – Introduction. The following describes the privacy policy (as amended or otherwise changed from time to time, the “Privacy Policy”) applicable to the services available through the 711 Realty Co., Inc. website, the 711 Realty Co., Inc. mobile site, and other mobile applications and any other online communications and interfaces (the “Site”) from 711 Realty Co., Inc. 711 Realty Co., Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, assigns, successor (“we”, “us” or “Company”) are committed to respecting the privacy rights of the users of the Site and its related services, software, purchasing of products in connection with the site (“Services”).

By accessing, using, registering, or otherwise accessing Services connected with Company providing access and content to the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not visit, use, register or otherwise access any part of this Site or Services. The Terms of Service is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Privacy Policy.

On occasion 711 Realty Co., Inc. may revise this Privacy Policy, including to address changes in the law, our Personal Information collection and use practices, the features of our Site, and/or advances in technology. Your continued use of our Site will be deemed your agreement that your information may be used in accordance with the new policy. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

7. RETAINING PERSONAL INFORMATION.

We keep your Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed or until required or permitted by law.
